Meet Your Trainer
Your trainer is Tim Mousel. He's a professional who is dedicated to instructional excellence at all levels. Tim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical education (K-12) and coaching (Track & Field and Wrestling) from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Science degree in Sports Science with an emphasis in Fitness Management from the United States Sports Academy.
He's worked in the fitness industry since 1988 as a personal trainer, Fitness Director, and is now teaching the Physical Fitness Technology program (Exercise Science, Theory of Exercise, Fitness Testing, Advanced Weight Training & Conditioning, etc..) at Houston's local college. This is a program that offers a degree for those desiring a professional career in corporate fitness or as a personal trainer. As a client you'll gain the same exposure to Tim's knowledge and experience as the students in the college program. You’ll be exposed to the latest cutting edge programs and will become educated in the process.
He is currently the Strength and Conditioning Coach for two-time world boxing champion Reggie Johnson. He is former chief Physical Training Instructor for the HCC Law Enforcement Academy. He's also an instructor for the American Red Cross in First Aid, CPR and AED.
