          I think this is little more than your age. I m 5.9 as well and have 55kgs which i know is lower then my height, 63 to 65 kgs is best for 5.9 in my point of view.I m also trying to increase my weight that's why do
          gym,exercise and eats healthy,take protein etc.

            Yeah i guess your weight is appropriate according to your age but your height does matter too because its actually according to that so measure it according to your height i guess you are not over weight but still just now about your height too.

              You weight is ideal according to your age. Now you should maintain your weight & health. Morning walk is very essential to make you perfectly fit.                   First decrease tummy fat,control your calorie consumption through handle diet plan.Go to the gym and do force ups,sit ups,and raise some loads.But if you go to the gym you would get a fed up package in range in monthly or two it all relies on you.

                      I think you should do exercise to improve health condition, combine with having diet (not the diet for loosing weight). You must have a diet which you can feel comfortable and good for you.
                      Besides, need more fresh water and fruit to provide minerals and vitamins, fiber... This can prevent you from dangerous diseases like heart attack, stroke, diabetes...

Alfalfa seeds also contain a toxic amino acid, L-canavanine. Levels of this amino acid vary widely across various cultivations of plants, and decrease as the plant matures. It is thought that this amino acid may be responsible for alfalfa’s ability to cause a relapse of lupus symptoms in patients who are in remission from the disease, and large levels of L-canavanine from alfalfa supplementation may have additional detrimental effects in humans.
                        Because it also has a significant estrogenic effect, patients with hormone-sensitive cancers should avoid alfalfa.
