Sijo James DeMile Seminar on Friday the 8th of Feb will cover Closing the gap and Trapping and the following day Sibok Rocco seminar will cover Chi Sao and related trapping.

Sijo James DeMile is one of Bruce Lee's original students.

The cost will be $100 on the day of the seminar for both days.

The time of Friday will be 6-9 pm.
Saturday will be 10:30 - 12:30 pm (lunch break) 1:30 - 3:30 pm
