The Ultimate in Martial Arts

Well i heard its a good martial art and i've quit taekwondo 2 years ago because of injuries and i want to start martial arts again. I heard it requires shin, elbow and knee conditioning. My knees and elbows are nicely conditioned thanks to some many times i've fell..... It sounds like an awesome martial art tell me what you guys think of it thanks.

I love it..its challenging and just gives you some awesome tools to work with plusif you check this around the forum there are so many great fights posted to inspire you.

I would give it a try and if you need help or pointers or have questions, there are many people on here who can help you out on your journey. I think you'll really like it.
