When Reggie "Sweet" Johnson was WBA World Middleweight Champion, he was kind enough to come to my academy and teach a four hour seminar on boxing techniques, strategy and training methods.  It was an awesome seminar and about an hour of the highlights were caught on a home camcorder.  Reggie won the IBF World Light-Heavyweight title on 2-6-98 and later won the WBA World Middle-Weight Championship.  He recently lost the belt to Roy Jones Jr. in a title unification bout.
