 If you're not a member of Mousel's Self-Defense Academy or aren't interested in completing the phase levels, you will also find these tapes to be of value.

These video's contain information, techniques, and training drills that will enable any martial artist to reach full potential.

The videotapes contain material and methods borrowed from Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Thai-boxing, Filipino Martial Arts, Jun Fan Gung-Fu and the Grappling arts.

This Jeet Kune Do training tape includes footwork, Thai boxing, focus mitts, trapping, sensitivity drills, knife tapping, conditioning and a bonus section on grappling and a lock flow series.
