  • ISSA Certificates

I recently saw an ad in Muscle & Fitness that caught my attention about becoming a certified fitness trainer. I went to the website to see the courses they offered and saw this one specializing in martial arts conditioning:

I was wondering if there are any instructors out there that are ISSA certified with this, or know any one that is? Is it worth it? etc???

    El Guapo

I believe Bas "El Guapo" Rutten is ISSA certified. Frank Shamrock as well.

you would be better served by checking out one of the better certifications.

      American college of sports medicine
      ACE
      or one of those.

Agreed. There are much better ones out there than ISSA.

I'm working on mine through "Penn Foster Carreer School". Just taking a online course. It's a good way to add on something onlong that line to better you as a coach.
