i want to open my own bjj,mma,mauy thai school

so i want to start my own school im still young so i have plenty of time for becoming high ranked or experienced but here are my questions.

what belt do i have to be to teach bjj?
For mma do i have to have been in any fights?
for mauy thai would i also have to have been in any fights?

if you do some competing you'll have a little different insight on what you need to achieve and how you treach. You can start teaching at any rank. But it would be prefered that you obtain a black belt certification, and maybe even do a bit of studing in the Fitness and Nuetrition.
