This is a great post about how to do it but I would have to say that there is way more to running a martial arts school then what is on there like all the federations/associations/etc.... and how to deal with them which is a huge factor for anyone starting a school

.... i think the best way to lern is networking with successful martial arts school owner or operators.. .i found this website www.extremesuccessacademy.com that has also very usefull information running martial art business, marketing, ht ... it's one of NAPMA website, they have a good network of successful owner on forums and conferences ..good luck
