And with any other substance that is addictive...(you can't tell me it's not addictive) and illicit, there is a real shitty element to the type of people who sell it seriously. I know somebody who's friend's family was gunned down in their home because the mother was moving alot of weight.
The thing is...although marjiuana may not be something you can overdose on, and it's deletorious effects on your system aren't as severe as other drugs...(you mentioned alcohol, which is actually one of the worst, I mean, it shuts down every system in your body, and is one of the few things...besides barbs and benzo's, that you can actually die withdrawing from)...it has the potential to become a central focus of your life. When you start living your life around pot...or it becomes a central component that you don't feel right or normal without...you've got yourself a problem. When smoking buds takes away from other aspects of your life and you keep blazing...sorry man, you have an addiction.
Pot as a healing and spiritual drug...okay, sure. So is ibogaine, psylocibe, salvia, opium, soma (amanitas). MORPHINE is a healing drug. You can't use that excuse...PCP, phenecylidine was used as an anesthetic for people for a very long time. So was ether. Cocaine is a great local anesthetic also, and is sometimes still used in rhinoplasties.

as for my cardio? as i mentioned, i vaporize all my buds now. using the vaporizer plus my consistency in working out and training hard have only boosted my cardio. i spar many rounds per week, some of them against people you guys like to watch on spike tvmy physical condition is not an issue.
2) Say whatever you wish...you'd be much MUCH better without the bud.

the only point i was trying to make was that marijuana is nowere near as bad as our government has made it out to be.
all im sayin is this plant isnt the dangerous "drug" that its been portrayed as.
and no, i wouldnt say its addictive. i would say it depends on the person. there are people who have smoked weed and didnt like it, those who liked it and do it occasionally, and then those who go way overboard like me. however, just because i use it all the time doesnt mean everyone who has tried it will. thats like saying that everyone who drinks alcohol is going to become an alcoholic.
2) no shit. I argue the same thing constantly...
3) I don't think it's as dangerous as the gov makes it out to be, but I don't think it's as benign as the canabis club makes it out to be either.
4) it has a relatively low addiction potential when compared to other substances, and it isn't exactly the type of thing you'd withdraw from or have a dependence on...but is is addictive. I have NEVER claimed that if you take a toke, you'll end up with a pot problem. You can smoke heroin or crack, or shoot cocaine and still not end up with an addiction. Some people are different. I know functional heroin USERS who don't do enough to have a real dependence, and I know nicotine ADDICTS who would smoke through a hole in their throat if it got that far.
