I have taken karate in the past and right now kickbox at home in my garage. I was wondering what else i need to train on. I have a speed bad and speed ball, heavy bag and weight bench.thanx

havning a good stretching routine, study a bit about polymetrics and working the medicine ball. That could end up beinga big deal. Work up different speed drills on the bag and get out and do some running.
if you had a training partner, you could work alot of one on one with coaches mitts.
