hello everybody i'm new here. my name is gary and i live in ohio.i started my jkd training by attending a two day seminar given by dave durch, student of paul vunak,. that was 5 yrs ago. i recently purchased a tape by ted Lucaylucay 'jkd trapping on the woode dummy". i train alone 95% of the time. anybody have a comments about this tape. ps i have paul vunak's tape on jkd trapping on the dummy
