Howdy again Burton.
I know you and Egan are buds and train often, so I would like to ask you a question. I never met Egan, but obviously, he "looks" in great shape, and I have heard that he is REALLY a monster in terms of conditioning (as well as skill), but I hear he is just in GREAT shape. So I figure YOU should know LOL!
Now, my question, do you have the May 2000 issue of Martial Arts Legends Presents "Grappling"? In it there is an article about Egans weight training which states he does 2 sets of a minute (maximum reps) plus one minutes of Dynamic tension, basically one exercise per body part three times a week.
Does he still do this?
What do YOU think of this kind of training being a heavy duty man?
I was thinking of giving it a shot and wanted some first hand experience.
Thanks my friend!
