Just got back from a wonderful two-day Thai boxing seminar in Richmond, Virginia at Prodigy Martial Arts with Vut Kamnark....Hats off to Brian Crenshaw for organizing a great seminar!! For those of you who are unfamiliar with Vut, I recommend you take the time out to work with him or some of his people....Great stuff! Lots of techniques and training methods, somewhat different from my experience with Arjan Chai and the TBA but giving me more perspective than I had before...
