Differences between MMA and JKDU

this is one of the best posts i've read so far, very informative, well writen and discussed. We need more posts like this one! thanks for the info, I have been looking into JDK training myself, I was wondering if anyone could explain to me the difference between JKD and JKD "concepts". I understand some schools teach the JKD method and some the Concepts method
