This is by far THE most wetadid thread I've ever read. Are you guyz like 10 & 11 yrs old or what? I mean really what the ****. Are you punchig crap like that for preparation into BK figting or just trying to see how much crap you can hit till you wreck your hands permanently? I mean OK I hit the bag quit frequently with no gloves (after I've been too tired to hold my gloves up anymore) but alm. and wood?
I'm sittin here laughing my azz off picturing some of the "tuff guyz" that I've beat the hell outta doin this in their basement giving them the cocky attitude.

i know that the only way to learn is by doing it and if you feel confident there is no substitute it is the real test of a person and lets get it on then you will know
