been boxin for 7 mounths had 1 mach i won that one had 3 spares and my right hands nuckels are calising and losein some feeling but my left isent and i wanna know how to tuffin it up.

Start Nuckle pushups especially on your first 2 knuckles. Progress surfaces from
soft to hard ie carpet, wooden floor, concrete. You can also start punching very
hard surfaces which may cause injury though ie punching pushups, punching a wall, etc. You can punch something with resistance ie a straw pad on a post of wood which helps. Make sure you let the skin and bone recover before their next
beating and stop conditioning them before you split the skin on your knuckles
(obviously)!
