tai chi?

Im not sure if im aloud to bring tai chi up in a boxing discussion place but i couldnt find anywhere to find answers. So if this is wrong sorry. My mom is looking into tai chi casue her insurance company is paying for it after he car accident. But she's not looking for anything spiritual does tai chi involve alot of spirituality in it? and is there a better excerice or somthing to do without spirituality
