A month ago I was workin heavybag, like it should be in gloves n stuff. I hit bad with my left so its dislocated. I tried lightbag few days ago, it still hurts. Btw, that bone that connects 2nd n 3rd finger is bigger and rounded. What the fukk gentlemen?

let it rest and it will heal. Theres nothing you can really do about it. A hospital will give you tylenol and charge $300. Just be more careful with your form in the future. you do what you practice, so keep it tight.
