Do you ever feel like youre just not good enough? Some days i feel like i can defend or counter anything. Other days I feel like I am the worst boxer there is. Maybe I need a fight to lift my spirit. I havent actually had a fight "for the record." All my fights were with boxers at a few clubs. Does anyone ever feel this way though? What keeps you motivated and inspired?

Yeah I feel this ups and downs, they come from time to time. Sometimes I feel good and fast, and sometimes I feel slow and weak, and the timing is just off.
Competing surely motivates me. As soon as the match/competition is over, I want to get back in there and fight.
But I think that if I wait too long before I fight again, I feel nervous before the fight, and I have "forgotten" how much fun it is. So fighting regulary is better I think.

We are own worse enemy, every fight I ever lost I lost it before I ever got into the ring. It takes a little to get our head into the right place at times. Think positive, think positive, think positive, if you can imagine it you can do it because you are only as good as you think you are.
