This thread could also be in the kb/mt and mma section but I though I'd post here because I'm doing a boxing workout.
Ok here's my routine:
10-15 minuets warm up/stretch
3 rounds shadow boxing
6 rounds double end bag
3 rounds light bag
3 rounds heavy bag
my question is ater the shadox boxing is it better to stick to a specify number of rounds and order of which equipment I use first second and third
or would it be better to jump from equipmnet to equipment in different or even random order to use the muscle confusion principle of weight lifting or is that not a useful tool in the martial art paradigm. Can the muscle confusion principle be used in ma training or should there be a specific order after I'm properly warmed up like this piece of equipment first, then this, then this?
