Whats the best way to recover as much as possible in the one minute? Our school science fair was earlier this year, and two of my friends did a test on how to lower your heart rate. They had like 4 or so test subjects, and they all took their heart rates, did an activity (I think it was run like a 400) and then did one of like four things. Laying down, drinking water, walking with hands on head, and something else. Then they waited two hours and did it again with a different activity afterwards. I honestly don't remember what the different activities were except walking with hands on head, which ended up lower the heart rate the most. Just thought that was kinda interesting and perhaps helpful. Any input guys?
