What makes you assume I haven't done any TWC. I've dabbled and fought against both TWC and Gu Lo Village branch players and the latter I found to be more realistic/sensible than William Chueng's branch.

Combat and hard sparing are two different things just as is ring fighting is. Combat should be avoided. If you are deliberately going out looking for fights then Freud would agree with me.

True, many people learning martial arts never fight and never want to fight. It's also true that the only real way to tell if what you have learned will work is to test it. The key word that I was referring to in my reply to Ben was combat. This is a little above the level of hard sparing or even fighting. The suggestion of engaging in combat is juvenile and hence, the the appropriate put-down.

I have also learn, from Cheung when he first Open his training at Johnston st Fitzroy Melb Vic Australia, and he had few student then move to China town when his student grow up to 300 in 1988 etc, But today in Australia his got only 100 students in his class.

His speed then was 8.3 per second, but don't forget with two hands punching at the same-time. if you have punch with a single hand the time frame will be more then that.

I know a person some where in this world who is faster, but choice not to be named or seen. everyone can develop fast speed training, and yes there are very few who are gifted natural, with speed, like Bruce etc.
