  • Dit Da Jow

I wonder if somebody has a receipe to prepare good Dit Da Jow.... I got good one from the Philippines but not enough to fill a jar. Actually I was told that one could strengthen his fists-hands by plunging them 3-5min daily in a jar of DDJ... did anybody try this?

    Thanks.

hey krys, i dont have a receipe of dit da jow, but i can tell you the stuff works. my SPM sifu uses it all the time, and i do know that it works. a receipe for dit da jow doesnt sound like somthing too many people would make public, especially when they can sell it as outrageously expensive as they do.

The stuff works and good one is really precious.... kind of familly or master-successor secret
      .

I will forever remember the way my sifu looked at me when I put a huge quantity from his bottle on my forearms after he proposed me to take some and I didn't know how much to take....

I dont' get it. Your teachers don't have like a vat of DDJ that he bottles and sells in the school?

Dit Dat Jow shouldn't be too hard to find. The reason it's expensive is because most people dont want to bother with making their own. It's a pretty tedious process. But the bottles shouldn't be too expensive. Then again i live relatively close to a china-town in my city so I could be lucky.

The Shaolin monks do the iron pot smash. They will soak there hands in DDJ for a while then get to it
