Since everyone here trains correctly and hard(I hope), what do you guys eat and do you have any special diets?

My diet has been pretty plain lately simply because I have a lack of money and too buzy to cook proper food at the moment.for the last 2 weeks I have lived off Aus$30(guessing like $20USD) so I've been eating basics- bread, oats, instant noodles and rice(rice is the cheapest) as well as veges. However this is still nowhere as demanding as the 10 dollar or the chilli it all (imagine chilli milk products) challanges my housemate and I use to make to compete in.

Its best to eat plenty of rice and pasta for energy. This is cheap to buy and also eat tuna fish to supply your muscles with protein.

When I was a poverty stricken university student I use to live on a diet of beans on toast and cheap watered down beer sold at the student union bar

I used to do boxing and that was my steady diet.
