Virtua Fighter 4, Soul Caliber 2, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, I need to play Prince of Persia: Warrior Within still, and Ninja Gaiden for Xbox.

Street Fighter series. all the way. It incorporates all ways of fighting. Not just weapons. Shotokan Karate(Ryu,ken), Boxing(balrog), Mu Thai fighting(Sagat, adon), Cage fighting(vega), wrestling(zangief), kung-fu(Fei Long, Gen), Kickboxing(deejay), Military Combat(guile, charlie) a good bit of stuff.

Rippy The Razor
Man, rippy the razor is giving out rotten advice.
Any fool knows that cutting the wrist is one of the slowest, most painful, most likely to fail methods of bleeding oneself.
The hand recieves relatively little blood. It is relatively far from the heart. It has little musculature within that would require lots of bloodflow.
So cut the wrist, if you want to spend the last minutes of your life SQUEEZING the blood out of your body like you are some kind of toothpaste tube. It isn't just going to all pump itself out.
Doesn't much matter if you go across the block or up the street. The anatomy is all wrong in either case.
Smart kids kill themselves via strangulation! Be a "Do Bee", and hang yourself, instead!

To be honest, there is absolutely nothing half assed about a person taking their own life.
This is not some moral judgement i am making.
I am saying, a man who is killing himself is not making a "half assed cry for help" like all of the television commercials try to tell us he is (because they make money if we send our suicidal friend to them..so they can bleed him of money until he's broke again).
A suicidal man is anything but half-assed.
He is a man standing on his own convictions, so strongly, that he will take his life.
I am not glorifying this. But I also REFUSE to think of suicidal people the way our nation commonly does: as if they are "just giving up". As if they are "crying for help". It is always terms of weakness.
The person isn't weak, who kills himself. That person was incredibly strong, but had the wrong instructions.
And did the hardest thing a person can ever have to do.. too bad it is a useless, misguided act.
Most of the people who kill themselves have figured out that our society's definition of "love" does not exist. They also figure out (for themselves, against all odds) that what we DO tend to call love is the opposite of love, or "Need". Love is not "Need" love is "acceptance". And acceptance and need are not the same thing at all.
So, seeing this very clearly, they also see everything that mattered to them fall away.
And they see that they are stuck in a puzzle that they can't solve.
And then they see how they can solve it.
And they do it.

However. Those that don't do it, those that travel to the well, go down in the well, and sit in their well.. they come back changed. They understand how much of their life was created of a lie. They understand how much we are all lied to..how subtle it is, and how dangerous it is to all of us.
I don't mind the jokes about suicide. I don't mind any jokes. I just wanted to clear up the concept that suicidal people are "half asses" or that they are just "crying for help".
No one who commits suicide (succesful or otherwise) was crying for help.
That person was done with help. Done with crying. Just plain old Done.
And just plain old DONE is a very interesting room to find yourself in, should it ever happen to you. Just plain old DONE is about as DONE as it gets. The emotions only linger. The light fades out of the room of it's own accord. There is no one to call, because they are all of full of shit. There is no one to be open with, naked with. There is nothing but roles to be played, and scripts to be read from..meaningless jobs and meaningless homelifes.
Just plain old Done.
If you are ever, ever, "just plain old DONE", brother, drop me a line. I always got time for someone who figured it out.

As far as cutting up the arm with a razor, that would work. It would be nearly impossible to stop and yes, you do bleed out very quickly.

How'd this thread go from videogames to suicide?
Damn shit declines quickly.
Man...since we're on the topic, what is the standard for ALS guys or professional EMT guys that show up on the scene of an attempted suicide and the person isn't concious...does "implied consent" fall into play, because the person probably doesn't WANT the help, right? Would the moral thing, in your opinion, be to let them a) bleed out, or b) do your best to save them?
