Does anyone here do it? It is similar to southern tong long and fukien white crane. I know its very deadly and dangerous because I have seen it live.

Pheonix Eye
Actually I've had that book for quite sometime, where I was living at the time I didn't have the opportunity to attend class, so I purchased books. and yes it is a very straight forward system, at least what is is covered in the book. Interesting side note, when I met my current instructor he commented that instead of using the actual Pheonix fist, i should substitue my middle figer knuckle, simply because it is suported by the surrounding fingers. Not having a chance to use it, i can only keep training. A final note: I think I have seen this book for sale in the Paladin Press webpage, maybe.Comment

Well, I know how to use the phoenix eye, but I haven't chukka since I was a pitcher on my high school baseball team.
