I spent some time at a choy li fut class and enjoyed it but eventually decided to go back to the JKD school because I think they know their material better and the training is better but I discovered that I enjoy practicing the kung fu forms and I would like to learn a couple more. Since I don't have a kung fu teacher any more to show me I thought I'd check out some videos. Yeah, I know videos aren't the best way to learn...
I'd like to find some high quality videos that teach forms with a lot of good self-defense moves. If there are some with hand techniques similar to kali that would be cool but I'm open to anything that is good. Of course, if they're trying to teach something that just can't be learned from video that won't help much either.
