  • For you who are interested Martial arts history

I'm a big Martial arts history nut. I read this book the "law of the fist" by O.E. Simon, which basically put everything together for me. I've been training for ten years and I have been studying the history of the arts for at least 12 years. Has any one read this book? If you haven’t you can get it here The law of the fist by O.E. Simon If you have read it do you have any thoughts or comments?

Maybe you should post some points from it and ask for opinions.
