I also never said i have a jazzuci to sit in. I'm just saying that these are also forms of meditation. Bascially anything that relaxes the mind and body can be considered meditation.
I don't lead a luxurious lifestyle. The cherry on a sundae is an expression. I'm sorry you took it literally.

"Bascially anything that relaxes the mind and body can be considered meditation."

Not true, once your meditation technique becomes advanced, your mind is completely clear. (EASIER FOR SOME......) If you can remember the taste of a favorite food or the sensation of something your enjoy, you need to keep trying.

                  Hey BoarSpear,

What do u mean by a joke? Did u ever heard of internal art Wing Chun Kuen?

People think Tai Chi is the ONLY internal art. It is very wrong. Internal art includes all soft arts fighting using internal force and speed . And some of these internal arts are: Tai Chi, Wing Chun, Bagua, Chin Na ....

I post the site here since I train wing Chun there for a year and want you guys discuss about Wing chun. The best internal art I ever tried.

The site you posted a link to is a joke bud, internal styles use circular force to redirect strikes, that isnt the wing chun way, it uses palm up blocks and slapping blocks....i studied closed door under Sifu Duncan Leung in the early 80's so i have a fair grasp of it, the site you posted the links to is pure crap....you would be better off without the bad habits thats gonna teach you...find a real teacher, not that joke of a school...btw wc uses a 10pt staff not a bo....and there are NO nunckaku in WC...

maybe i was a little harsh in that last post...nah probably not

seriously man its better i pop your belief balloon on the net, than someone pops it for you on the street...
for the record the Chinese MARTIAL internal arts are Taiji, Baqua, Hsin yi and Liu He bafa (sp) thats about it. yes you can incorporate ideas from one style to another, but thats crosstraining...WC lacks the internal/Chi kung work to be a true internal art, it is almost a bridge between internal and external styles at best.

I agree with you on that crap, wing chun has bart jarm do and look dim boon gwun as weapons and thats it really.

so youve never seen a dragon staff? ive seen them used up to 10 feet long, it aint exactly practical in todays world, but it was a traditional weapon

from what was demonstrated he looks better than most but more realistic (street types) attacks would help in determining the actual effectivness. often those who practice trapping skills get very good at trapping each other, but dont do so well with unpredictable "uneducated" attacks...
