    I recently came across a book entitled "Combat Conditioning" by Matt Furey. Actually I am really, really enjoying it. I haven't given up completely on weights, however with my busy life style I like being able to roll out the bed and get into a workout. I recommend that if you ever come across it, at least browse through it. Has anyone elese come across this particular book or author?
