Is it just me being a old fart but the other aspect is that the request for information was from 13 year old girl so do you think your language is called for.

Don't care if she has probably heard it all before a little restraint would be thoughtful, do you not agree?

Interesting you try and take the high road after badmouthing everything except for your pet art. I admit I was out of line for typing what I did in this particular thread, but the last time I checked...this was a public forum, and in the real world, people use language you may find uncouth.

Yet again, with a link to something called spichterman in your signature, I don't think you have any grounds to point fingers. What makes that type of diction any less repugnant than what I choose to employ? Who has the authority to make the distinction. I find your statements equally offensive as anything I may have typed, if not more so. Because...ignorance, in my eyes, is much more appauling than "bad words".

I admit I was out of line for typing what I did in this particular thread, but the last time I checked...this was a public forum, and in the real world, people use language you may find uncouth.

All I was asking for was consideration for a 13 year old girl who had asked a question, you decided to come into the conversation and have a personal reparte with others who think differently, I appreciate that you probably forgot who put up the original post at the time you were responding all I was wishing to do was to "remind" not "preach".

In public bars when a parent brings a child in then they can expect to overhear the sort of language we use, just not in their faces.

You obviously have not visited the site, it contains comic stories of a sad character, "Sphincter Man" who had a "black hole" inadvertantly inserted up his backside and acting as a "wormhole" transports him throughout the inifinte universes. Yes it is adult humour but all words no pictures so hardly as perverted as you think it must be from the title.

I don't think you have to worry about that girl; she hasn't posted here in a year, and besides, she's 14 by now which is old enough for Garland to date- hell he's from Utah, out there she's old enough to be married But hey, don't let a little thing like common sense get in the way of perfectly good lecture
