Old, but still good...

The first clip guy punches pretty fast yeah he has lots of white musclefibers.
The second guy is does no wingchun. It's some russian style called systema. I don't know much about it. Still very good clips.

I do so love the wing chun sometimes. I think speed is much more beautiful than strenth, and I respect it more. Pretty cool stuff

You guys know what I've realized about wing chun? EVERYONE looks fast doing those rapid punches and blocks! Doesn't mean it's effective... Boards don't hit back.

People keep posting that video of him(2nd one). Pstevens that guy is actually amazing and he's done lots of arts including boxing. Hes a good JKD teacher.
