you mean people dont get attacked in elevators and bathroom stalls?

thats an elevator simulator for training

so where do YOU think fights happen JR? it aint in the middle of a nice padded ring.

Its in bars, alleys, between parked cars, on sidewalks, hallways, subways, places that are in fact usually confined...but thanks for playing, because yes numbers, even under the monkey bars where most of your fights have occoured is a confined space.

1st video, grapplers were morons and defenders weren't defending a real takedown attempt.

2nd, the guys were going along with it in a lame demonstration.

3rd, that is ridiculous, plain and simple.

Dont mean to sound like a jackass but I thought much of that stuff was lame, though the ideas for the first 2 videos were valid, defending a grappler and fighting in close quaters is valid, but that big fat dude didn't seem to be doing much but throwing slaps with basically no footwork, and it was obviously a demo, so maybe im judging it on that.

Wow, and you think i dont know that? I was just questioning how doing all that training in a little tiny closed space was gonna be totally beneficial.

But that first video seemed a little iffy, they should have dressed him up in a Gi with a brazilian flag on it.

I found that some styles need more space than others. karate needs more space than kung-fu as with kung fu the blocks are very short andtheres no big powerful movements.
