Who is Phil Elnore? Should I have heard of him?

Phil is a top top Combatives instructor. He has never had a fight..... but he is grossly overweight, carries a tactical torch everywhere and writes fantasy books that he gets "published" by paying for it himself.
He has his own forum too, but edits out the views of people who disagree with him. I was banned years ago ! (haw haw haw!) But he recently opened up a bit for people who were previously banned "for fun." The clear implication that he could toy with them with his superior intellect. I got banned from that after 2 days! I win! Haw haw haw!
Now read carefully.... don't get sucked into the nonsense end of the Combatives world!Comment

I had a brief look at Phil's website but it didn't do much for me. Maybe it's because we come from 2 completely different places....I love to train and train hard.....and he's a fat bastard!! He says some fairly accurate things but seems to live in a bit of a fantasy world also.....maybe I've misread his points?
