Any man who can drive safely while kissing a pretty girl is simply not giving the kiss the attention it deserves. Albert Einstein
When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like an hour. That's relativity.

There was one where a guy climbed a tree and smashed pots into the ground and ripped them out again. It was with some unknown. Anyways, apparently that was his monkey style. I think he used it to beat a snake stylist.

I would not laugh at a man who had learnd kung fu from watching a monkey and it works on others and he defended his village from gangs etc. Why would you? And if a expert martial artist tried to attack him and he defeated him, why not conisdier his style effective and useful. There is no fraud there and the man did not claim to know anything except what he did know.
By the way I teach traditional kung Fu, and by your saying that I teach nonsense is attacking all the Hung gar and Choy Li Fut and Shaolin and Seven tar practitioners out there. Because I teach from those systems. Hung gar for example is not a fraud, and the forms I teach are not nonsense.
I think of styles like the Seven Star Praying mantis, where the founder watched the actual creature and also watched monkeys etc and developed his style. You would have laughed and attacked him also, as you seem to be doing now. This shows that you really have absolutely no understanding of what you are talking about. Its like a little kid standing on the side of a gym and watching the martial artist practice and saying, ha ha ha, that won't work. yet the kid has no understanding of what he is talking about.
It is comical that you try to correct a kung fu teacher, not having any real understanding of kung fu yourself. You are the one who should be laughed at it would seem.
By the way you missed the whole point of my discussion and went off on some tangent.

Everything you have ever said is nonsense, and you represent no one but the sad and deluded denizens of LARPer Nation.

You said that everything I have said is nonsense, Well I have said that i teach traditional Hung Gar which I learned from master Lin at E-Chaun Mun Kung Fu club. And just because you don't find something on the internet does not mean it did not exist. I even post the shirt and crest we wore in the club. Let me give just a quick example of what I said and what teach. Among the hung gar that I teach, I teach a from called the "Tiger and Crane form" of Hung Gar, are you saying that form I teach is nonsense?
Well, if so then as I said before you attack many traditional kung Fu people in here who also know this form and who practice it and you attack the founder for teaching nonsense as well.
You are in a dark place.

He spelt the name of his "teacher's" school differently again. Maybe he should just start his own LARPer forum.

Anyways, I've chosen Hapkido and am going to go tomorrow or Thursday for a look-see at Korean Hapkido Institute (Korean Hapkido Institute). There was a kung fu school in my town but it shut down this last summer. The lady and her husband who owned it had a guy from China come in for four years to teach. His contract ran out and he didn't renew it cause lack of interest from the town (I think). I talked to her and she reccomended the Hapkido place. The credentials look pretty solid, so
