No, this is more opinion based on actual experience and not reading translated books in the playhouse in FL. This is based on meeting and training with plenty of SC folks in China and Judoka in Japan as well as other grapplers there and in the US. Everything that threatens your widdle ego isn't "bashing" you pathetic emo fool. I never have and never would say SC is crap or anything of the like. If you could wipe away the tears long enough to pay attention you'd see that I was talking about the relative abilities of actual folks I've met and not the intrinsic value of the arts themselves. You, on the other hand, talk about what you 'think' is 'viable' or 'legitimate.' If you don't like what my experiences have suggested to me, maybe you should get your hairdresser butt out of the playhouse and go have some of your own.

OR, just STFU
What do you think the reason is for the discrepancy in ability? Does judo just have a larger talent pool because of it's popularity or does it have something to do with superior training practices or even the techniques themselves?
Spoken like someone who truly has no clue at all about who or what he is talking about...............................................
again.
LOL. You may remember how he stated that he had wrestled a Mongolian as evidence of his mastery of the subject of Mongolian Wrestling. Well by his own stupid standard since I lived and studied in Greece and Rome for several years each, I'm far more knowledgeable about Greco Roman wrestling than he is...of course so is Tigerclaw and any random 5 year old.
Shuai Chiao isn't much different in theory and concept from other throwing arts but it tends to be executed with a different application and mindset:
Focused aggression and targeted violence set SC apart from the other throwing arts. SC practitioners throw their opponent onto the ground instead of dropping them as you usually see in throwing styles.
Shuai Chiao also seeks to isolate the limbs of the opponent in an effort to limit their ability to use them during breakfalls.
You will tend to see broken limbs and unconscious opponents unless the individual has been trained specifically in Shuai Chiao's breakfalls. SC breakfalls protect the centerline and decrease the chance of broken limbs and knockouts, whereas the typical slapping breakfall usually results in unconsciousness, broken arms, elbows and hands.
Not sure aboiut terminology but how do YOU classify the body smashing (shoulder, torso, etc) throws? What secrets of timing can you share to collide with someone at the exact moment their balance is compromised?
I really enjoy the variety of grips and atemi style (kicking sweeps and various unorthadox attachments) found in kung fu.
Imagine the first time a "JUDO GUY" gets knocked on his ass by a palm in his face? LOLS

All smashing and crashing into your opponent is part of the strike that sets up the throw. The basic tenet of SC is that the moment you touch your opponent you should steal his root. There are specific stepping patterns (steal stepping) and such that help but mostly like any other system body feel is the key to knowing (and throwing) your opponent.
The majority of the throws we use don't require you to grab onto the opponent, instead they rely on SC tenets of lower body control through stepping or entangling the legs and upper body control usually supplied by the diagonal strike.
I was taught SC to supplement the JJJ and Combat judo techniques because they provide different ways to down an opponent when your hands are occupied. Its also rare thus the average person has no idea whats happening to them or how to counter it. It's become hugely popular with the Marine Recon units of late.
SC also has no sacrifice throws as the intent is to down the opponent while remaining standing, this can be a huge factor since we tend to react on instinct under stress. Did you catch the thread and pics of the Toxic Goat member who was hospitalized last week? If you didn't check it out, he WAS a huge BJJ fanatic. He got in an altercation and instinctively took a guy down and mounted him, then he woke up in the hospital after being kicked in the head by the guys friends. It should be noted he wasn't outnumbered, he had friends too, but he relied on BJJ. He's currently recuperating and looking for a SD art instead of a sport.

Well that's that then! Every human being on earth should stop training in BJJ because some guy got his ass kicked. I hope you never hear about one individual somewhere sometime who trained SD and got his ass kicked 'cause then you'd just have to give it up. Fortunately, most SD guys never actually put into practice what they 'train' so you should be ok for a while.
i think a good judo expert could take most anyone in a fight. Whether you believe it or not. Once they have your ponytail wrapped up in their hand, they can swing you around and around!
I've never seen so many supposed men obsessed with another mans hair before. I don't know if they're jealous of your hair KOTF or if they're simply gay but either way their obsession with your ponytail is creepy and pathetic.
