I have a friend that is interested in training in this art. From what I have seen online and youtube, it looks pretty effective. I told him to go for it. Are there any San Soo practitioners on here? How is training like? How do you like the art? Thanks.

Yes, I consider myself to be a practitioner.

Training varies somewhat from school to school.

I, personally, love the art (of course, my opinion is biased).
