I just read the history & legacy of Dr. Lo Yan Chui founder of Kong Han Athletic Club. The material was very inspiring & emotional & the best part I like most was about " Martial Virtue" and it is this principle that seem to be missing in many modern martial art & combat school.
Many great kung fu masters seem to have some great feats & most of the time it is their combat feats that are mostly remembered. But Dr. Lo Yan Chui prefer to be remember not for his combat feats but for his healing abilities as a chinese medical doctor helping mostly the less fortunate.
More Power to Kong Han Athletic Club

Originally posted by konghanThat is true, slowing down the sam chien to meet the needs of those who want only to train for health purposes does work. Not as slow as tai chi but but a bit faster ( seh lat ) more on rhythmic movement in coordination with breathing & body movement.

It was practiced slowly in a similar way to tai chi. I cannot say that I know it, only that I have learned a little bit of it - a couple of the basic forms and some partnered exercises.
At the UK one, WuZuQuan Shrewsbury the video look very diferent sam chien.
