The people training Iron Palm use it but you will have to find the good one.
The Wing Chun guys here got some from a White Crane grandmaster of Hong Kong but it is illegal to import to the UK and they have troubles bringing it here, it really works I know it from first hand.

I feel bad to people who get cheated. But there are some who only opens up to teach the good stuff once you earn their trust. Millie, I know guys like you wanted to see to believe, then feel free to look for someone who will teach you seriously because kung fu was really taught secretly. This is true even to other martial arts you know?

What u call a circus act was also demonstrated in Shaolin temple in Quanzhou in front of many kungfu experts (new videos on u tube from wuzuquan conference in 2010 not the Sydney classes that u post about.)........ no one seem to mind or challenge what was happening........

As far as your negative feedback ...... I think u should complete ur trip to Sydney first and make comments later.....

but in the training hall pretendin this merde works
honestly if my son went to this class and said to me dad i learn a tech today to defeat anybody without toaching them I would cry laughing and stop paying
maybe jujusu or even karate class
he would learn about the real world
its a money making scam

personally not my favorite I kind of tend to lean more towards preying mantis when it comes to forms because well it looks cooler and for power I would say Pi Gua Quan and Northern Long Fist would be the fighting methods I would use.
