since the matches that included Taiji full contact were BANNED due to deaths and injuries i would say it was PROVEN too deadly for the ring, even in a country as brutal as communist China.

fortunately the mma scene and wrestling havent proven too dangerous for the masses to participate in and watch on tv with their children.

Dude, the commies banned owning pets too. Does that make Lhasa Apsos too deadly?

People die in boxing matches, and all sorts of physical contests. That is an empty conclusion.

Is it your claim that any MA that isn't widely used in 'the ring' is therefore proven to be too deadly for 'the ring'?

Did you trade in your logic for some new hair extensions?

No i simply asked why an art recognized for its SD capabilities wouldnt be used in the ring more often since you seem to feel its effective for SD.

                            • The first of these was held in 1928, it was stopped due to crippling injuries and multiple deaths. The 3 styles who were dominating the competition were internal schools teaching taiji, baqua and hsin yi.
