I'm very interested to hear people's opinion of this particular system. If you can describe it's strengths and weaknessess.

    Thanks!

Can you decribe the weakness in the breathing? Are you comparing it to Cannoy's eskido?

Hmmm...interesting, but isn't breathing more of a product, or lack of, cardiovascular training? I've seen this particular system on a couple of occasion, and was really impress with the theory of encircling your opponent. It also appeared that they were going long range AND short range, which some other system do not offer. I guess it all comes down to what an individual feels comfortable with.

          Thanks again for the insight.

I'm not sure what you mean by drop. Could you explain in further detail, please.

I think i understand what you wrote (the quote above) but I'm not for sure. The body moving as one complete unit, not independent from any other part of the mind or body is called flow and the essence is breathing.

Wow!!! If breathing is the ONLY apparent weakness of this system, unless there are others who wish to differ, then why is it not more popular???

Thanks again, I'm just trying to get a better understanding of people's perception(s).

When you breathe what helps to give you explosive contact.
