In my quest for designing homemade martial arts equipment, I've come across an interesting homemade device designed by martial artist and writer Mike Young. He calls it the heavy-duty striking post. He wrote a book called "Martial Arts Home Training"...does anyone own this book? What exactly does he use the striking post for?
