  • Kali/Arnis/Escrima Schools in the SF Bay Area?

Hello everyone, I am new in this forum. I am looking for a credible kali/arnis/escrima school in the San Francisco Bay Area. I studied modern arnis from Punong Guro Ernesto and Roberto Presas for a very short time at their "ArJuKen" gym in Quiapo, Manila...this was many many years ago when I was a little pup.

I would like to "re-learn" the art of kali/arnis/escrima. Can anyone recommend a school? Style or System, who is teaching the art? I know Cabales Serrada Escrima is in Hayward, Doce Pares is in Sacramento. Bahala Na is in Stockton.

Thanks in Advance. I am also open to learning Jerson "Nene" Tortal's Dekiti Tirsia Siradas or Leo T. Gaje's Kali Pekiti Tirsia if there are any schools around here.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. FMA fo sho.

Not a "school", but there's a group of us that meet in a park to train knifework in Santa Clara. Usually friday at lunchtimes. Usually 2-5 of us, friendly environment, drilling and sparring. If you're interested, email me at heelh00k@yahoo.com (note those are zeroes in the word "h00k").

You'll run into several Inayan eskrima instructors in the area, I'm sure someone else will reply with details. There's no pekiti tirsia around from what I can tell.
