which art or style teaches realistic knife(dagger) combat??

kali - find a good kali school near you (same stuff from "the hunted" with tommy lee jones and benecio del toro, also I believe "bourne identity" - if you're unfamiliar with it).

I would email Tuhon Chris at Sayoc@sayoc.com. There may not be a certified school there, but there might be a good training group there thats not listed on their site.

Ya, Sayoc, in my oppinion, is one of the best, if not the best knife training systems ever.
If you have the opportunity to train in Sayoc, do everything in your power to do so. You will not regret it.
