  • Guro Marc Halleck's Panantukan Silat

Has anyone seen these tapes? Are they good? There are ninie of them in the series and before I shell out a couple of hundred dollars, I'd just like to get some feedback.....

Why not just buy one to start off and go from there?

This series is great! I wish I had it years ago when I was really into the JKD Concepts thing. Great breakdown of material and very clear instruction by Mark. Highly recomended! Also, check out Mark's Sumbrada DVD- very good stuff.

        Buy 1-5

The DVD 1 - 5 are great alot of info on panatukan striking and silat takedowns. But 6-9 is not as good!
If you like panatukan or silat its a great set

            Mark Halleck/kaliman33,
hello i'm very interested in getting your panantukan/silat series but i was hoping you'd answer a couple of questions for me 1st. i have guro Dan's panantukan and dumog tapes, i also have harley elmore's panatukan DVDs. i'm sure you have lots of different material (9 volumes!,) but i was just wondering if it's still along the same lines. hands similar to boxing, using kali stlye footwork, boxing-like partner drills, focus mitt drills, etc. the silat material will be bonus as i really don't train it. if you have the time please respond. i haven't posted on this forum i pretty much found this place looking for a review on your DVDs. you can e-mail me at NeercsEmantwelve@aol.com,and i'll be looking here for a reply. thanks.
