you have to go to topica.com, then join a member, and there is a philippine martial arts email distribution there. every day we get emails from sometimes 15-20 people about the philippine martial arts. i remember one time you said you wanted to meet some brothers from back home. there are a lot of pinoys there. and there is a few muslim brothers there too if you are interested to learn a little about the martial art culture of the muslim pilipinos (we call it umrah).
by the way there will be a convention for muslim philippine martial arts teachers in san francisco this summer. some teachers email me from mindanao they will be there, for the people who are curious about what "kuntaw-silat" isn't. the way we use the blade is very different from the use in arnis eskrima too.
