hi, i have a stick, 24" hardwood, with a matal rod inside the stick. it would make a great self defense tool we can use our eskrima skills for. there is a handle ridges, cut into the stick, and a leather strap. i dont have a camera to put a picture. it is heavy and makes a great for training and or streetfighting. actually its probably too dangerous for the street, but that depends on skill level.
