kuntao or penjack silat SF bay area

does any one know of any training groups, schools or instructors that teach kuntao silat or penjack silat in San francisco ,or better in the bay area , oakland, berkeley etc...

Is Jon Bias in the Bay area? I know he taught at a seminar in San Leandro and I got the impression that most of the instructors there were local, sut I can't be positive.
