Majapahit Martial Arts, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Filipino Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Mr. Westfall is a certified Full instructor of Jun Fan Gung Fu and the Filipino Martial Arts under Dan Inosanto, of Thai Boxing under Surachai Sirisute, a Representative of Combat Submission Wrestling under Erik Paulson, a Brown Belt in the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Federation, and a Black Belt in the United States Judo Association.
No martial arts experience is necessary to enjoy or benefit from the seminar, and there will be ample challenge for the experienced martial artist as well.
All that is required are loose training clothes and an open mind!
Session One—Majapahit Martial Arts Session Two—Grappling
10:00 am.-11:15 am. 11:15 am.-12:30 pm.
Suggested equipment: Bag gloves, focus mitts
Lunch 12:30-1:30
Session Three--Jun Fan Gung Fu Session Four-- FMA
1:30 pm.-2:45 pm. 2:45 pm.-4:00 pm.
Suggested equipment: Bag gloves, focus mitts Suggested equipment: Pair of training sticks, practice knife
